Daphne Blake is a member of the Mystery Inc. Gang, a group of amateur teenage detectives who travel around the country in their van solving mysteries with their talking dog Scooby-Doo. She is one of the main characters from the Scooby-Doo! franchise who made a guest appearance in "Bravo Dooby-Doo", serving as the main target for Johnny's flirtatious antics throughout the episode.

Daphne has been a part of the Mystery Inc. Gang since childhood and they have been traveling and solving mysteries ever since, going on all sorts of spooky misadventures.
Bravo Dooby-Doo[]
The Mystery Inc. Gang picked up a hitchhiking Johnny who was on his way to spend time with his aunt Jebedissa Bravo. Once introduced, Johnny wasted no time in eyeing Daphne and making his move, only to be soundly rejected every time. When they arrive at Jebedissa's manor, they find the place is now haunted by the Ghostly Gardener who has seemingly kidnapped aunt Jebedissa, putting the Mystery Gang into action to search for clues. Johnny initially tries to team up with Daphne when they split up but is soundly rejected, and Johnny's hopes are further crushed when Daphen decides to initially go with Shaggy, only to be approached by Fred who seductively reminded that they always "split up" together. After several hijinks, the gang eventually captures the ghost and discover that it was Aunt Jebedissa all along who confesses that she was just trying to get rid of the annoying Johnny. The regretful gang apologize and ask how they can make it up to her, and she forces them to dump Johnny off in the woods and let her tag alone instead, which is soon followed by her getting awkwardly close to the gang.

- Daphne initially wanting to go with Shaggy over Fred could be a reference to the Scrappy era of the Scooby-Doo franchise where Fred was absent and Daphne instead partnered up with Shaggy.
