Heather Asplund is a curvy redhead who is purposely similar to Johnny Bravo in many ways. She only appears in the special "It's Valentine's Day Johnny Bravo", where she was the blind date Bunny had set up for Johnny on his birthday.
Biography[]
Heather is an enigmatic woman with a mysterious past who claims to be a counter-intelligence spy working for the CIA whose main mission in her own words is "trying to take down an underground group of spies who claim to be an offshoot of the CIA but are actually part of the bad guys".
On one fateful day before Valentine's, Heather ended up meeting Bunny Bravo and the two became fast friends, with Bunny even asking Heather if she could be Johnny's date for Valentine's which also happened to be his birthday, to which she happily accepted. When Bunny told Johnny though, he was far from excited, thinking his mother had set him up on a blind date with some boring unattractive girl who would dote on him, but he was ultimately forced to go on the date when he failed to find someone who cared about him for Valentine's but once he met Heather, he was blown away, as she turned out to be everything he ever wanted in a girlfriend, sharing his interests, eccentricities, and a love for showing off, and she wasn't even put off by Johnny's cheesy flirting, making it seem as though Johnny had finally found his destined soulmate.
Over the course of the date though, she continuously fights off ninja assassins and reveals to Johnny that she is actually a secret spy and as long as she's with Johnny, his life will always be in danger. For that reason, she kisses Johnny good-bye and erases his memory of her by the end of the night. Afterwards, she leaves him a note and the stuffed Yogi Bear she won for him that night as a gift, posing as his secret admirer, with the note reminding him that there will always be someone who loves him if he doesn't know it. A saddened Heather is last seen fighting off ninjas whilst thinking of Johnny.

- Her surname "Asplund" is of Scandinavian origin and translates to "Aspen Grove".
- Heather was the second red-headed female spy to ever kiss Johnny, the first being Jane Bonded from "Bravo, James Bravo".
- Heather and Johnny's relationship, while brief, was technically the longest and most successful romance Johnny had with a woman due to the lengthy nature of the special, the second being Sumi from the film Johnny Bravo Goes to Bollywood without counting Johnny's lengthy relationship with Velma Dinkley which, while older than the former two, was only fully explored in Cartoon Network bumpers rather than in the show itself or its related media.
