Raoul Montoya is a minor character who appeared in the episode "Mama's New Boyfriend". He is a wealthy man from South America who went on a date with Bunny Bravo, much to Johnny's jealousy and dismay at potentially having a new father.
Raoul is naively first thought to be a gold digger by Johnny after he sees Bunny taking money from her savings for her date. Johnny follows Raoul and Bunny to the Droppings restaurant, where he disguises himself as a employee and gives them pizza in an attempt to expose Raoul. Raoul is unscathed by this, excusing Johnny's behavior as being youthfully rambunctious and saying that Johnny will come to respect him in time.
Later that night, Raoul and Bunny sit in his car on a cliff overlooking the town. The two are about to kiss when Johnny makes a grab for Raoul and throws him off the cliff. Bunny confronts Johnny and reveals to him that Raoul just forgot his wallet and already paid her back. However, when a now-injured Raoul makes his way back up, he confronts and insults Johnny, poking him in the chest, which prompts Bunny to protect her son. This results in her angrily throwing Raoul off the cliff again seconds later. Raoul seems to shrug this off, saying he is going to call her sometime.
In "Rashomoron", when Bunny wakes up after listening to Johnny's story, she makes a comment that suggests she was having a romantic dream about Raoul despite the two being no longer together.

- Raoul's last name, Montoya, a real Basque surname, could also work as a play on words of the car company Toyota. He also compares Bunny's body to a 1957 Dodge Dart vehicle.
- Raoul also shares the last name of Inigo Montoya from The Princess Bride.
